A deployment (a.k.a. quick release) clasp has been a popular feature on dive watches for years. Unfortunately, until recently, aftermarket silicone / rubber watch bands only came with traditional belt buckle-style bands. After recently purchasing a VAER GMT watch I scoured the internet for aftermarket deployment clasp bands. I was thrilled to find this new deployment band from Archer. I bought three colorways and couldn’t be more pleased.
The clasp itself is very sturdy. The band is thick—a good bit thicker than those from Barton. Installation was a breeze, especially with the helpful video from Archer. Each band purchase includes three straps: one for the top, one for the bottom, and a spare—plus the clasp itself, four spring bars, and a spring bar release tool. For ~$40, the value is insane—Zuludiver’s Tsunami band is similar but costs ~$130.
I do wish the Archer band had options for texture/patterns along the band exterior, but this is a brand new product and I’m sure Archer will put something in the works soon. It would also be great if Archer added a safety buckle over the clasp for added stability/security and peace of mind—especially during activities.

Good band. Unfortunately my wrist is a weird size so thehole I have to wear it on is a little to tight but if I size up it’s a little too loose. But nice quality and maybe just need to break it in a bit.

The strap itself is great quality and really pleased with it. I was surprised that it did not come with new pins. Unfortunately the old ones I had in the watch were not strong enough for this kind of strap so I now need to source new. If it had been clear when I ordered the strap I would have purchased new pins at the same time.
Nice smooth watch strap and well made, good for all conditions. Fits my Garmin perfectly and much nicer than the standard silicone.

Beautiful watch band, terrific quality, love the contrast stitching. But beyond that, EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I ordered the wrong size 18 rather than 20 mm, and the return process was velvet smooth. They were very helpful.
The watch strap is excellent, no doubt, but I have to say that Archer's customer service is above and beyond anything that I've ever received from any other company. They've made me a customer for life! Many thanks to Paulo and Vincent!
Once I used it a few times, the band softened up. That made it much easier to buckle. The green color is nice.

Great value with this watch strap. Easy to size and assemble.
Overall a little stiff to start after a week it’s performing well and is much better than the prior rubber band. Doesn’t seem to fit exactly on my AW7, but good enough, great replacement band at a reasonable price
Great straps. Light weight and super comfortable
I have bought leather bands from eBay for a long time, and they last ok for a couple or few years. I wanted to upgrade and this feels like it will do the trick. The mahogany color is more reddish than the photos suggest, but I think it will develop a nice patina.
MyApple watch came with a silicone strap which made my skin itchy. the new canvas is a great improvement. It’s made well, fits perfectly and no more itchy/sweaty skin under a silicone strap.
